Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy for store credit after package arrival.  Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. No refunds.

 Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of an Gift Card via email.

All items found in the Sale category, are non-returnable.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. 

In Store Policy

If you purchase a product from our local showroom, you have 7 days to return for a store credit. For orders placed for local pick up; if you fail to pick up an order within 3 weeks of purchase, it will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee and the remaining balance will be sent as a store credit. 

We cannot hold items for pick up longer than 3 weeks (21 business days)
